Welcome to the 2nd Annual Downtown Minneapolis Street Art Festival. This free and unique downtown art experience for residents and visitors celebrates street art in all its forms. This year the event features scattered site street art installations by 24 local and national artists along Nicollet and Hennepin avenues.
The 2020 Downtown Minneapolis Street Art Festival is adjusting to provide social distancing and enhanced public health practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Works will be ready for viewing beginning Sunday, August 16. Over the following few weeks, we invite you to downtown Minneapolis to view these scattered works of art at your own pace–whenever you are able–to provide ample social distancing.
We hope you enjoy this vibrant, inclusive experience in the heart of downtown Minneapolis!
Special thanks to our hospitality sponsor AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown for providing hotel space for our visiting artists.
