This is part two of the Votes for Women tour. The first started at Merton Park Tram Stop and finished at Wimbledon Station from where we will start this part of our journey. On this part of our walk we will be covering the area around Wimbledon Hill Road before travelling up Wimbledon Hill into Wimbledon Village. The hill is steep and you may prefer to take a 93 or 200 bus rather than walk up the hill.
Leaving behind Centre Court Shopping Centre continue past Wimbledon Station walking up Wimbledon Hill Road. On left you will see Elys department store. This is on the corner of Wimbledon Hill Road and Worple Road. Cross the road and walk along Worple Road until you are opposite The Bathstore.
