Since the botanical garden of Chapultepec opened its doors, Patricia Elías Calles has tried to raise awareness among the population about various environmental issues. Her most phenomenal idea was to create a festival to welcome spring in one of the most sought-after areas of Mexico City.
Polanco is an area known for its elegant restaurants and its branded stores. The festival consists of inviting businesses to create facades with floral arrangements inspired by a different ecological theme. The peculiarity lies in the creativity and imagination with which the different establishments are decorated.
